Annual Congress 2025 Competition

Book before 23:59 on Monday 1 September, and you will automatically be entered into our advanced booking prize draw. Prizes are:

• £100 voucher to go towards an Association of Anaesthetists event of your choice.
• Two tickets to the Conference dinner on Thursday 18 September
• A free 3-day ticket to Annual Congress 2026

Terms and Conditions 

1.  Eligibility 

   Entrants must be the named individual on a valid ticket booking for the Annual Congress 2025.

2. How to Enter 

   2.1 To enter the prize draw, individuals must: 

   - Purchase a valid delegate ticket to the Annual Congress 2025, taking place on 17 – 19 September 

   - Book the ticket by 23:59, Monday 1 September 2025  

3. Prize 

   3.1 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

   3.2 We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification 

   4.1 Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date using a random number generator. 

   4.2 The winners will be notified by email within three days of the closing date. 

   4.3 If a winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited.

5. Data Protection 

   5.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with our privacy policy: https://anaesthetists.org/Home/Privacy-Policy. 

   5.2 By entering, you agree that we may use your name and limited contact information to administer the competition, and (if you win) to announce your win on our website and social media channels. 

6. General 

   6.1 We reserve the right to: 

   - Cancel or amend the competition and/or these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. 

   6.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure. 

   6.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third-party prize provider unless otherwise stated.
