Annual Congress 2026 will take place in Liverpool at the Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX) formally ACC Liverpool, 16-18 September 2026.  

Book today and save with both member rates and early booking rates. Association members save up to £510 on their Annual Congress ticket. And savings don't stop there, book before 20 July 2026 to save up to £85 extra. This lets your study budget stretch further.

Retired and honorary members 

Retired members of the Association are entitled to a 50% discount and are able to book online via the 'book now' button above. Honorary members are entitled to free registration, please contact the events team directly to arrange this via [email protected]

Medical students and anaesthesia associate students

A 1-day fee of £80 is available for medical students who are Association members and Anaesthesia Associates in training are eligible for a £160, one-day fee.

Operating Department Practitioners and Anaesthetis Nurses

A fee of £80 per day is available for Operating Department Practitioners and Anaesthetic Nurses. Please email [email protected] to enquire.

Cancellation Policy  

Cancellation requests received before 5 August 2026 will receive a full refund minus a £25 administration fee. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Association considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a full refund. All requests for cancellation will need to be received in writing via email.  

Certificate and receipt 

Your attendance certificate and receipt will be available to download post conference: 

1. Log in, using your username and password
2. Navigate to 'My CPD' in your 'My account' area, here you can view and print your certificates 

You can request username and password reminders, or reset your password by clicking on 'forgotten my username/password' on the login page. If you believe your certificate is incorrect, please email [email protected]

Event code of conduct 

All Annual Congress 2026 attendees are asked to read the event code of conduct. We ask that all delegates abide by this code of conduct to help create a safe and welcoming environment for everybody. 

Badge scanning and your details

On arrival you will be issued with a badge. At this event your badge will contain a barcode, which will be scanned on entry to the conference so that the Association can report on the attendance for each day. The data is kept by the Association and NOT divulged to any other parties when scanned for registration purposes. At times the association may use session attendance data to make you aware of other Association educational activities that may be of interest that relate to the topic or theme of sessions you attended.

We will also scan upon entry into sessions, this data is just to capture session attendance for future planning of our educational programme, and the delegate information is only used internally.

Sponsors and exhibitors will also have badge scanners and they may ask to scan your badge at the conference. This may be at their stand, or at a sponsored symposium or demonstration. By scanning your badge this will allow them to access the following details: prefix, first name, surname, email address and hospital). If they have scanned your badge, sponsors and exhibitors will be able to contact you after the conference. If you do not wish to share these details, please ask the representative to not scan your badge. If you would like to opt-out at any time, please visit us at the reception desk.
