Annual Congress 2025 will take place at
P&J Live Aberdeen, East Burn Road, Stoneywood, Aberdeen, AB21 9FX. P&J Live is a major events venue located conveniently near Aberdeen International Airport.
How to get there
By Car:
Address: East Burn Road, Stoneywood, Aberdeen, AB21 9FX.
Parking: There are extensive parking facilities on-site with several car parks available. The SUB T car park is conveniently placed within the P&J Live complex. Check
P&J Live’s official website for specific parking fees and zones.
By Public Transport:
Bus - Several bus services run to P&J Live, including Stagecoach and First Aberdeen. Services such as the 727 and 9A from Union Square Bus Station take you directly to the venue.
Train - The nearest train station is Dyce, which is about 3 miles from P&J Live. From Dyce, you can take a short taxi ride or use bus services to reach the venue. Aberdeen Train Station in the city center is around 5 miles away and is well-connected by the 18 or 35 bus links.
Taxi/Rideshare - Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber or local services can take you to the venue from anywhere in the Aberdeen area or the airport.
By Air:
Aberdeen International Airport is only a few minutes away from P&J Live. You can either take a short taxi ride or the 727 bus links the airport to the venue.

Discounted rail fares
Delegates will be entitled to 30% off standard and first-class fares on
Scotrail only services. A discount code and booking link to access the discounted rail fares will be
made available from 25 June 2025.
Once you’ve booked your ticket, you must show your event ticket/registration, along with your
Scotrail ticket when on board, for your discount to be valid so please make sure you have your ticket accessible.
