Dr Paul McConnell is a consultant anaesthetist at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley. He introduced the methodology of the Safe Brain Initiative to his hospital with the aim of decreasing delirium and improving patient experience. Following a successful pilot, he is here to share with you his results and show how precision anaesthesia can enhance care, theatre processes and improve outcomes that are meaningful to your patients.
