- Users are reminded of their responsibility to assess for themselves the safety, effectiveness and usefulness of the clinician tips in their own healthcare setting.
- Clinicians must remember that ‘off-label’ use of drugs or equipment requires users to satisfy certain requirements including appropriate consent.
- Manufacturers and suppliers have sent the Association details of their products which may be of use during the pandemic. These have not been tested, approved, or endorsed by the Association.
We would not normally provide such links but feel that during the pandemic, where time is a pressured resource, members may appreciate having innovative ideas signposted so they can make their own enquiries.
