Come join us at the Association of Anaesthetists for a hands-on event focused on combatting fatigue and stress. Facilitated by Helen Jury, an art psychotherapist and researcher, participants will have the opportunity to engage with objects from the Anaesthesia Heritage Centre to explore the benefits of object handling and making art, and how these activities give us time to think in a novel way, and to process our thoughts more meaningfully.
