Restorative Coaching uses a coaching approach to gaining fresh perspectives, new balance and a sense of purpose at work.
A coaching style can be used restoratively in the workplace to support collaboration, growth and optimism in a team.
Using validated tools, we will take a coaching approach to wellbeing at work.
To optimise your work with the facilitators, we recommend you find a place to join that is private and where you will not be disturbed or overheard. We reassure you that the seminar will not be recorded and all conversations are treated confidentially.
