Doctors' Mess was established early in 2020 as the pandemic began. It allows groups of doctors to share their experiences in a safe and confidential virtual space with themes of coaching, positive psychology, mutual support and diversity. To date, there have been almost 100 Doctors' Mess events with participants from primary care and difference specialities in hospital medicine. To find out more, visit www.caringforcarers.org
Join us for a 'pop up' Doctors' Mess, zoom link available on the platform programme. The theme of the event will be Seligman's PERMA model from Positive Psychology. You will find a confidential and uplifting virtual area to share and learn about the PERMA model and how to apply it.
