About the committee
The Resident Doctors Committee represents the interests of anaesthetic residents, working to enhance training and professional development. It consists of 14 elected members from across the UK and Ireland, and meets three times a year to discuss key issues. Committee members have the opportunity to represent the committee on other Association or external committees and join working groups, safety guideline development, and other initiatives. It works with the Education Committee and events team to plan the Resident Doctors Conference and contribute to resident anaesthetist specific elements of the Association educational programme.
