Deal or no deal? Consultant and SAS pay offers – what you need to know
The BMA is asking consultants and SAS doctors to vote in a referendum to accept or reject their respective pay offers from the Government.
At the recent Winter Scientific Meeting, the Association invited Dr Mike Henley (Pay, T&C’s lead and committee deputy chair, BMA Council/consultants' committee) and Dr Imran Sharieff (Elected member BMA UK SAS committee; BMA SAS executive committee) to provide more information and explain how it will affect you.

Note: Member rates are offered on a pro-rata basis.
The consultant referendum closes Tuesday 23 January. The SAS referendum closes Wednesday 28 February.
