We would like to invite you to submit your abstract to the Trainee Conference 2025. All accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral presentation or display an ePoster during the conference. All accepted abstracts will be published in the online supplement of Anaesthesia.

Medical students and resident doctors are invited to submit an abstract in the following categories:
- Audit and quality improvement (QI)
- Case reports
- Education and training
- Original research
- Surveys

- Present your work to your peers at an international meeting
- Have your abstract published in an online supplement of the world's #1 anaesthetic journal Anaesthesia
- Have opportunities to display and present your work by poster display and possible poster presentation in front of the conference delegates
- Join poster discussion session and meet and discuss your work with the Anaesthesia Editors and members of the Association Board during the conference
- Receive cash prizes for winning presentations

If your abstract is accepted to the conference, it is a condition of acceptance that a trainee or medical student author or co-author registers and attends the conference.
Successful submissions will be categorised by the training grade of the presenting author (medical students, Foundation Year, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 or international equivalent), and will be considered in the:
- Oral and oral case presentation prizes
- Poster presentation prizes
- Medical student poster prize competition
The deadline for submitting your abstract will be 23:59 on Wednesday 5 February 2025.
