Responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support within the educational events team of the Association of Anaesthetists. Along with the other events administrator, to be in charge of delegate management for the department and to be proficient on the Association CRM.

To assist in all aspects of logistics of event management and to lead on the organisation of the seminars programme. The post holder must ensure the seminars run smoothly and efficiently within budgetary constraints whilst maintaining a high level of delegate satisfaction.

Flexible working practices will be required, as part of this role and may include evening, overnight, and weekend work within the scope of the role. Reasonable time-off-in-lieu (TOIL) is available.
