The climate emergency is a global crisis, and we welcome our partners' commitment to work to ensure a safe and healthy future for all our members and their patients. In the UK and Ireland the Association will continue to highlight actions anaesthetists can take to improve sustainability, and to work with governments and other organisations on reducing the impact of the healthcare sector on the environment.
