A history of UK
pre-hospital emergency medicine
The
origins of pre-hospital care can be traced back to antiquity and form a
fascinating story of innovators, early adopters and individuals determined to
change the system for the better. This talk will explore some of the earliest
examples of pre-hospital care as well as relevant international influences to
put the story of progress in the UK into perspective.
Dr
