About this webinar

We look forward to welcoming you to our webinar recording: Facing Fatigue - science, strategies and solutions to help manage work-related fatigue

This webinar will include an overview of the science of sleep and the causes and effects of fatigue. It will cover practical tips of how to manage shift working, reduce the risks associated with fatigue and improve your sleep. We will hear from experts in the field of fatigue research and learn how we can apply fatigue risk management principles in healthcare. We will also consider the effects of the COVID19 pandemic on sleep and fatigue and learn what we can do to help. The webinar is suitable for anaesthetists and critical care staff of all grades, and indeed all healthcare professionals and those who support them. We hope you can join us.
