This is awarded by the Board of Trustees to those who've made significant contributions to the charity, its objectives and goals. The award is not restricted to members of the Association.

 2018:

 Alex Ruck Keene: In recognition of his contribution to the safety guidelines of the Association of Anaesthetists

 David Scott: In recognition of his contribution to the specialty of anaesthesia and to the Anaesthesia Equipment Standards Committee of the Association of Anaesthetists

2017: 

Dr Nuala Lucas: In recognition of her contribution to the specialty of anaesthesia, particularly promoting education and safety

Dr Alastair Nimmo: In recognition of his contribution to the specialty of anaesthesia, particularly promoting safety

Dr Paul Sharpe: In recognition of his contribution to the specialty of anaesthesia, particularly promoting safety

Prof Andrew Smith: In recognition of his contribution to the specialty of anaesthesia, particularly promoting education and safety

2016:

Dr Matthew Checketts: In recognition of his enormous contribution to the Association and to the specialty of anaesthesia, particularly promoting education and safety

Dr Roshan Fernando: In recognition of his contribution to the Association and the specialty of Anaesthesia

Dr Pamela Laurie: In recognition of her enormous contribution to the advancement of public education in anaesthesia, including its history, specifically as a volunteer at the Association Heritage Centre since 2009

Dr Stuart White: In recognition of his enormous contribution to the Association and to the specialty of anaesthesia, specifically promoting research

2015:

Prof David Hatch: In recognition of his contribution to the advancement of public education in and the promotion of those branches of medical science concerned with anaesthesia, including its history, specifically as a volunteer at the Association Heritage Centre since 2007

Dr Iain Moppett: In recognition of his extensive academic research to further patient safety and outcomes

Dr Michelle White: In recognition of her considerable contribution to the provision of, and training in, anaesthesia in the developing world

Dr Tom Woodcock: In recognition of his enormous contribution to the Association and to the specialty of anaesthesia, specifically promoting patient safety

2014:

Prof David Lambert: In recognition of his work with the National Institute of Academic Anaesthesia (NIAA)

Dr Bernard Liban: In recognition of his development of the innovation work stream within the Association
