Join our Irish Standing Committee

The Irish Standing Committee (ISC) of the Association of Anaesthetists is inviting nominations from eligible members to join the committee. View the ISC recruitment pack for more information.

Who can be nominated?
Nominees must:

  • Be a full member of the Association
  • Live in Ireland
  • Be in good standing with the Association
  • Be proposed and seconded by other full members

What does the role involve?
Members are elected for a two-year term, with the opportunity for renewal. The ISC meets three times a year, usually in Dublin or by videoconference.

Committee members may also be asked to represent the ISC on other Association committees and working parties, providing an opportunity to contribute to the wider work and development of the Association.

The Scottish Standing Committee (SSC) of the Association of Anaesthetists is inviting nominations from eligible members to join the committee. View the SSC recruitment pack for more information.

Nominees must:

  • Be a full member of the Association
  • Live in Scotland
  • Be in good standing with the Association
  • Be proposed and seconded by two other full members of the Association

About the role

Members are elected for a two-year term, which can be renewed.

The SSC meets three times a year, usually in Perth or via videoconference. Members may also be invited to represent the SSC on other Association committees and working parties.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the work of the Association and represent the interests and views of anaesthetists across Scotland.
