About this courseHeld in Birmingham, this practical three day programme focuses on developing mentoring skills suitable for use in a range of leadership and clinical situations. During this course, you will define mentoring and develop mentoring skills, develop a working knowledge of a framework for mentoring, and explore practical and professional issues in mentoring at work.

Attendance is mandatory for all three days.
