About this webinar
In this Webinar we will have the opportunity to explore what Compassionate Leadership means in practice. When you’re under pressure, and working in systems where you’re asked to do more and more, with fewer resources, compassion might feel like a distant dream! We’ll look at Self-Compassion as the starting point for compassion and kindness. And we will start to tackle how you can bring more kindness and compassion into your leadership style, and into your teams and the wider organisation.
This webinar will help you to build a toolbox of resources and ideas. It will be practical and interactive, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.
Dr Nicola Harker and Dr Jane Cryer will host the webinar. Nicola is a doctor, and leadership coach, with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS. She is an influential speaker on the subject of Compassionate Leadership, which she approaches in a very practical and grounded way. Jane is a coach and leadership facilitator, with over 30 years' experience as a NHS Manager and trust Director, and leadership consultant. Her approach is centred on Compassionate Leadership – helping leaders across a wide range of sectors including health and care lead with clarity, courage and compassion.
