Introducing the Mal Morgan Awards
Great educators shape the future, and the world of anaesthesia. To recognise and celebrate outstanding contributions to anaesthetic education, we are proud to introduce the Mal Morgan Educator of the Year Award and the Mal Morgan Educational Team of the Year Award.
Do you know someone, or a team, who should be recognised for the amazing work they do?
Why not nominate them to receive the Mal Morgan Educator of the Year and Mal Morgan Educational Team of the Year Award.
Named in honour of Dr Maldwyn (Mal) Morgan, former president of the Association (1998–2000), and funded by his generous legacy donation to the Association, these prestigious awards pay tribute to those who go above and beyond in advancing anaesthesia education.
Education is vital to progress in anaesthesia, and we are committed to recognising those who excel in this area. As a member of the Association, you can nominate an anaesthetist or anaesthetic team, including anaesthetic departments, for consideration. Whether through curriculum development, research, mentorship, or advocacy, recipients will embody the highest standards of teaching and knowledge dissemination.
Let’s celebrate the educators shaping the future of anaesthesia and upholding the highest standards of training and knowledge.
