Change in circumstances

If you are not in employment due to ill health, or have substantially reduced hours, you can apply for a discount on your membership fee. Your request will be assessed in the strictest confidence on a case-by-case basis by our panel.

How can I apply?

Please download and complete the request form and email it back to us detailing the time period of your leave.

Terms

• If you submit this form after you have paid your membership subscription, any discount will be applied in the next membership year
• Your membership fee will return to the full membership rate for the following membership year, unless a new declaration is received
