Your registration fee covers:
- Access to both days of the conference (Thursday 13 and Friday 14 January 2022)
- Full access to the WSM 2022 virtual platform and the opportunity to watch all of the talks broadcast live.
- Priority access to recordings of the live content following the conference for three months
- Access to industry exhibition, e-posters, networking opportunities and much more.

Booking for WSM 2022 has now closed
Medical Students
A fee of £30 is available to medical students who are members of the Association and for
Anaesthesia Associate Students. This option provides you with the same full access to the WSM platform.
Low and lower-middle income country members
A fee of £30 is available to low and lower-middle income country members of the Association. Those members (excluding low and lower-middle income country trainee members) wishing to book on will need to email
[email protected] to receive a discount code to book on at this rate.
Retired and Honorary Members
Retired members of the Association are entitled to a 50% discount off the full member fee and are able to book online via the 'book now' button above.
Honorary members are entitled to free registration, please contact the events team directly to arrange this.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received before 16 December 2021 will receive a full refund minus a £25 administration fee. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Association considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a full refund.. Access to the WSM 2022 virtual platform
You will receive a confirmation email once you make your booking. When the WSM 2022 platform launches in December you will receive a registration link to access the conference.
Event code of conduct
All delegates attending WSM 2022 are asked to read the event code of conduct. We ask that all delegates abide by this code of conduct to help create a safe and welcoming environment for everybody.
