- Join yoga instructor Christine Murray for a chance to slow down, let go of all effort and strain, and relax into softness. In a world that often feels too harsh and too rushed, returning to flowing, organic movement, following your breath, releasing tension, physically, mentally and emotionally, leads you naturally to a relaxed place where you can restore balance and calm, re-energising and reclaiming your natural state of being, at ease in yourself and your surroundings.
- The class is based on Dru yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breathwork), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations, and powerful, flowing sequences. Its emphasis is on gentle flowing movement, maintaining soft joints with awareness of the breath, allowing free-flow of subtle energy.
