This Wellbeing webinar is free to members and builds on the themes of the wellbeing webinar series delivered throughout the pandemic. Twenty minute talks include: wellbeing and growth after the pandemic, reflections from a wellbeing lead, the ‘catastrophe’ in anaesthesia and psychological safety. Before the talks, a yoga teacher will lead a practice tailored towards anaesthetists - why not try this out?

If you are unable to attend live do not worry, you will be automatically sent the recording 24 hours after the webinar whether you attend or not.
