This webinar will cover the clinical management of the sickest of COVID-19 patients in our hospitals and critical care units, those with severe respiratory failure.

We will cover advanced respiratory and circulatory support and especially extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), including mechanical ventilation strategies for different patients, anticoagulation and thrombosis, when to consider ECMO, how ECMO is being used during the pandemic, the new national online ECMO referral system, the cytokine storm in COVID-19 patients and outcomes from ECMO in COVID-19 patients.
